Late night phone call

Last night the phone rang quite late. The man on the other end was the head of the Science Fair for the school district. He called to say all of the scores were added again and that there had been a mistake and that Noah should not have received a second place ribbon. He had called and spoken with the Principal and Noah should give back the red ribbon and get a BLUE RIBBON instead...First Place!!!!!!!! Hooray!
