12 days of Madness

Late yesterday afternoon I was BLESSED to find out that YES we will be having the Eagle Court of Honor on the 23rd. This also means that I only have 12 days to pull it all together. So, yesterday was a mad dash to get most of the invitations assembled and ready for delivery. Wish me luck...I am going to need it.

Josh and I got up early and went to get his braces off. He says it feels weird and he wonders how it will affect his trombone playing. Actually, he was more concerned with getting to school so that he wouldn't miss his "Cinco de Mayo" party in Spanish class.

Happy Star Wars Day!

There was this guy named Luke and he wanted to show his best friend Opie his new boat he bought named the 4th of July. They set a date but Opie said he might be late because he had to take his pregnant wife for an appointment to see his distant cousin Juan who was a baby doctor. The day came and Luke was waiting for Opie but Opie was late and so Luke started having a few brewskies. After a while Luke had a few too many and couldn't walk straight and he was about to fall into the water when Opie showed up and saved him. You could say that OB Juan's kin Opie saved Luke from falling into the dock side of the 4th. (I didn't make this up.)
