Cutting our own Christmas Tree

Well, we planted a tree in our yard many years ago and had always talked about cutting it and using it as a Christmas tree one year...this was the year.

Skyping for Christmas

Well, we were lucky to be able to Skype with our missionary in Argentina on Christmas Eve morning.  Actually, we had a few technical issues, but we were happy and blessed that we could see and hear him- and he could see and hear us.  Being away from each other is hard, so this was a wonderful experience and a great Christmas present.

Family Togetherness Saturday

We spent Saturday together as a family.  First we had an awesome breakfast with chocolate peppermint pancakes.  We went downtown and watched the production "Savior of the World".  Then we went around and looked at candy windows and Christmas lights.  We had a great dinner at a restraint. It was a great day together.

What do you do on your 12th birthday?

Well, you wake up at scout camp

 

 You see the "minecraft" cake your mom made

 

 You get to be treated like a King

 

 You are ordained a Deacon

 

 

 You go to the temple and do baptisms for people you found the names for

You have a HUGE smile on your face because you have such a great day!

 

Oh, and you have Iceburg for dinner.
