Say CHEESE- Cheddar that is
We have been waiting for this cheese to AGE so that we can try it. Brad is doing a great job at his new hobby and we all like the benefits of tasting his creations.

Seriously...Brad made it? Is it cheddar? I need to come and have some lessons! Cheese was one of the next things I wanted to learn to do.
