64 Merit Badges- on his way to Eagle!

Our family decided to do a service for my brother Andy. He has been receiving Merit Badges for around 20 years, but has not had them secured to a sash. We encouraged Andy to find as many as he could and then we attached them to his sash. We also had to do alot of research to find which ones he was missing and purchase them. He now is proud to wear his sash with his uniform and display 64 merit badges. We also are encouraging him to work towards the rank of Eagle. He is already planning his Eagle Project.

That is AWESOME! I think it's wonderful that you helped Andy with all his badges (such a thankless job attaching those things:) Let us know if we can help support his Eagle project!

Now this I love! My son is 17 and autistic. He was recently honored for earning all 132 merit badges. We are so proud of him! Kids and adults with disabilities can do anything, they just have to do it a little longer and a little harder. You are a great support system for your brother. Keep up the good work and tell him we are cheering for him!
