Guess who was chosen as "Leader of the Month"!  They were recognized with a certificate, gifts and a special breakfast.

Student of the Month

We attended a breakfast where each one of these wonderful young people were honored and given the title "Student of the Month" for April 2014.  They are nominated by their teachers.

Joshua and Elijah were on TV!  Josh is playing the tuba in the band...Elijah is in a sea of students!  What a fun party for the kids.  Thanks KSL!

Prosthetic foot?

 Look what we found by our front door.  Well, we didn't understand it either, but when it is school dance season, you could potentially find just about anything on you front porch.

 The girl asked him using her brother's foot and challenged him to answer back with it (since he needed the foot back.)

It kind of looked like a different version of the "leg lamp" on A Christmas Story.

These are two candlesticks that he turned on a lathe.  The wood is from those trees in our backyard that crashed onto our neighbor's house.

Christmas Dance

I know it is a little late, but I just got the pictures today, so I thought I better hurry and post.  Kinda funny, but not, the ones in the group with the "beer" logos on the pajamas weren't allowed to enter the dance until they changed...but girls wearing spaghetti strap camis or long shirts that looked like they had on nothing underneath were able to walk right in. Hmmmmmm

 Josh went to a party after the football game and returned to a car full of balloons. 

 

 So, it was after midnight and Brad and I went out to help him pop the balloons to find clues inside.
